Board Meeting called to examine year 2017 preliminary financial results

CAD IT announces that, following the voluntary public tender offer launched on 19th February 2018 by Quarantacinque S.r.l. on the ordinary shares of CAD IT S.p.A., a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 5th March 2018 to examine for approval the preliminary results as at 31st December 2017.
